I’m a fine art photographer based in Wake Forest, North Carolina, where I live with my amazing wife Teresa and our three wonderful kids — Ellis, June, and Ruthie. I’m a coffee enthusiast through and through (the kind who always knows where the best local cup is), and I’ve always been drawn to creative outlets — from playing music to exploring the arts in all their forms.

Teresa and I were married on a little farm in Florida in February of 2011. Teresa’s favorite photo of our wedding day was of me ugly crying as she walked down the aisle...I’m not a pretty crier.

I am a family man to my core. If given a choice, I will almost always choose a quiet night at home drinking coffee with my wife Teresa and playing with my kids over anything else. 

My business is named after me, but none of it would be possible without my wife, mother and homeschool teacher to our kids, business partner, second shooter, and all around Type-A boss lady, Teresa! She has stood by my side for over 12 years of marriage cheering me on towards loving others more deeply and I am so honored that I get to do life with her by my side.

Photography first started as a hobby for me — just something I loved playing around with. But everything changed when I photographed my first wedding in 2014. That day lit a fire in me. It gave me the chance to blend my love for people, storytelling, and artistic expression — and I haven’t looked back since.

Today, after more than 250 weddings, I still approach each one with the same heart: a mix of professionalism, joy, and a deep sense of purpose. I give all the glory to God for the gift of photography — a gift that allows me to show others just how beautifully and wonderfully they’ve been made.

I truly believe every person has a story worth celebrating, and it’s one of my greatest honors to help capture and preserve those moments for generations to come.
